DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 working days via Royal Mail 24. There may be times where dispatch is longer in busy periods.
Delivery will be via Royal Mail or MyHermes depending upon the weight and dimensions of the parcel.
A flat delivery charge of £3.68 applies to all orders, with FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £45.
RETURNS POLICY
I gladly accept returns for candles, wax melts and gift sets.
If you wish to return any items, please email: hello@popilihome.co.uk in the first instance and within 14 days of delivery.
Items will need to be returned to: Popili Limited, 4 The Hedgerows, Crossing Road, Epping, Essex, CM16 7BQ
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations for personalised items.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
